Raised in a small town in Louisiana, I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth in 2008. Before entering full-time practice, I spent time in customer service — learning to meet people exactly where they are, understand what's broken, and work alongside them toward a real solution. That's still how I approach every session.
With 14 years of clinical experience and EMDR certification, I specialize in anxiety, addiction recovery, trauma, and couples counseling. I also offer clinical supervision for LPC-Associates and continuing education for licensed counselors who want training grounded in real practice.
